Obtaining high quality and high yielding DNA or RNA is challenging since nucleic acids in FFPE tissue samples are often fragmented and prone to chemical modifications. Co-extraction is beneficial as samples may be limited. While there are many kits to purify either the DNA or RNA from FFPE samples, only a few can purify both DNA and RNA from the same sample.

In this webinar, we look at comparisons of three nucleic acid isolation kits and learn about the different nucleic acid extraction methodology to co-extract DNA and RNA from the same FFPE sample and comparing analysis of their yield, quality, and NGS data.
